If you are arriving by car , you will need to purchase a parking permit
when you check in. The CC parking permits is $5.00 per day and allows
participants to park in the CC parking lot located on the west side of
Robert Purcell Community Center.
At check-in you will receive:
The room will be made up with linens and towels. However, there
will be no housekeeping service during your stay, and linens and
towels will not normally be changed during your stay.

Check-in
Residence Hall check-in will take place at Robert Purcell Community Center
in the First Floor Lounge starting at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23,
2005. A reception will take place in the same lounge starting at 6:30 p.m.
(IMPORTANT: All of the above items need to be returned when you check out!)
If a room key is lost or not returned to the RPCC Service Center, the cost
for a cylinder change is $50.00. The cost for the door access card is
$15.00.
Roommate assignments
Roommates will be assigned according to the requests on the submission of
the final list of participants
Phone and internet access
Every Residence Hall room will have a telephone. Participants can make on
campus and local phone calls. Long distance calls can be made with a phone
card. For visitors to campus without a netID, contact the Cornell
Information Technology Helpdesk during regular business hours (Monday -
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) at 607-255-8990 (ext 3) to gain internet
access in your residence hall room.
Late arrival or early departure
The Cornell Conference Services Desk is open Monday through Friday 7:00
a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. If you arrive
after the desk has closed, you will need to contact one of our students on
call. Our 24 hour telephone number is 607-255-2288.
When you leave, please return the room keys and door access card to the
Robert Purcell Service Center Desk located on the first floor.
